What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact Forms
Where a visitor can send us a message via the website, we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We will never sell or give your information to any third parties without your prior permission. We also utilise reCAPTCHA from Google to help prevent spam and bots (automated web form fillers) from sending unsolicited messages through the web form.
By using contact forms on this website you acknowledge and understand our privacy policy, and that reCAPTCHA works by collecting hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sending that data to Google for analysis. The information collected in connection with your use of the service will be used for improving reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. It will not be used for personalised advertising by Google. Click here for the reCAPTCHA Privacy Policy.
Embedded content and Links from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.) or links to other sites (e.g. social media, PayPal). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Links to external websites or services will only take the visitor to that external content if they click on the link.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Payment Processing
We use PayPal to take and process payments from customers. This way, we do not collect any payment details ourselves and never have access to your bank card or bank account details. Click here for PayPal’s Privacy Policy to see what information they collect and retain from customers. When you click to make a purchase on this website, you are agreeing to PayPal processing the payment and collecting the relevant information.
Web Server Logs
We log access to our website (just like all web servers do) in order to monitor usage, server load, help diagnose any issues and to monitor security. All communication between the visitor and our website is over a secure, 256 bit encrypted HTTPS connection which passes SSL security tests to prevent interception.
Cookies
We do not utilise cookies on our website. As mentioned above though, embedded content or links to external services can allow them to set and use cookies. A good source of information about cookies and how to block or remove them in your browser is available here: http://www.aboutcookies.org
